Many of my clients are navigating, entering, or preparing for midlife — with all the hormonal shifts, energy dips, and body changes that come with it, including perimenopause and menopause. Because I’ve been there myself, everything I do is built to support you through this season of life so you can feel strong, capable, and confident again.
Over the years, I’ve worked in corporate wellness at HBO, trained staff and members at the YMCA, coached at Daily Burn (including on-air segments for Daily Burn 365), and taught countless group fitness classes.
With a master’s in Exercise Science & Health Promotion and a bachelor’s in Fitness & Sports Management, I bring over 20 years of both education and real-world experience to my work. Whether you need accountability, strength, or a fresh start, I’ve got the tools to help you get there.
